Chief Technological Officer

We are recruiting a Chief Technology Officer who will be our technological "guiding star". The CTO will inspire and guide our highly qualified product owners, developers, data analysts and technology teams and create excitement around technology - internally and among our customers. On five continents, 22 countries and over 5,000 users globally.


  • Manage, organize, staff and develop the technology department

  • Contribute to further development of the company’s position as an innovative player in the combat against financial crime

  • Contribute with technical competence and insights to the whole organization

  • Overall responsibility of systems and deliveries responding to the customers’ quality requirements

  • Be a guiding star internally and an evangelist externally; create excitement about Legentic and the company’s plans and strategies

  • Quality-assure and improve routines, processes and systems across all locations and teams

  • Contribute actively in the company’s strategy work, business and product development, and hold a key role in the company’s further growth

  • Follow-up and build relationships with collaborators, networks and customers


Experience and qualifications

  • Higher education, preferably master graduate within relevant technology subjects

  • Several years of experience from an equivalent leadership position, preferably from environments who handle big data, i.e. start-ups. Documented results are wanted.

  • Knowledge of machine learning and similar fields

  • Experience in leading development projects

  • Strong understanding of business

  • Strong written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian and English

  • Experience in working strategically and overall in an operating environment

  • Experience in communicating ideas, project goals, project status and results to relevant target groups, both internally and externally
